1. Full Channel Ownership & Integration

Realtime successfully transitioned Gopuff’s hybrid channel management model to a fully integrated approach, taking full ownership of 14 paid channels.

This included Social, Programmatic, Search, App, and Affiliate channels, ensuring a unified strategy that drove efficiency and coherence across all platforms.

2. Seasonal and Brand Campaigns

Throughout 2024, Realtime delivered high-impact seasonal campaigns and brand campaigns across key moments like Halloween, Christmas, New Year, and St. Patrick’s Day. These campaigns were strategically designed to engage customers and drive conversions through top-of-funnel placements, ensuring strong brand presence during high-traffic periods.

3. Performance Optimization through Mobile Measurement Partners

Realtime used data from Gopuff’s MMP (Appsflyer) to optimize across all paid channels. Our continuous focus helped tensure that Gopuff achieved the best possible results at scale.

Our focus on paid media cost efficiencies was particularly impactful—delivering a 24% reduction in Paid CAC. Gopuff’s paid media costs were at their lowest in 2.5 years, with the best CAC recorded.

4. Brand Partnerships

Realtime facilitated strategic brand partnerships to further enhance Gopuff’s presence and reach. Collaborations with brands like Starbucks, Snap EBT.  These partnerships not only drove conversions but also amplified Gopuff’s brand equity across key audiences.

5. Creative Asset Development

Realtime took ownership of the creative stack, delivering full-cycle creative assets from UGC to highly polished, brand-compliant creatives.

We briefed, designed, and produced a variety of assets tailored to the specific needs of each campaign. The team analysed and optimised the creative continuously to support performance across channels.

To ensure transparency and alignment, Realtime established clear reporting frameworks that allowed Gopuff’s senior stakeholders to access actionable insights quickly.
